Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Technik zur Fertigung von Batteriemodulen für den Fahrantrieb von Elektrofahrzeugen. Eine Fügevorrichtung (35, 50) ist zur Fertigung eines Batteriemoduls (12, 12a, 12b) aus einer Mehrzahl von in einem Stapel (1) anzuordnenden Modulteilen (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) ausgebildet. Sie weist einen Rahmen (51) auf, in dem der Stapel anordenbar ist. Der Rahmen (51) hat eine erste Anlagefläche (52) und eine zweite Anlagefläche (53) für jeweils ein Modulteil (2) am Rand der des Stapels (1). Die zweite Anlagefläche (53) ist an einem verschieblichen Körper (54) vorgesehen, der an dem Rahmen (51) in einer Richtung zur ersten Anlagefläche (52) hin schiebebeweglich gelagert ist. Der verschiebliche Körper (54) ist über eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung (55) gegenüber dem Rahmen (51) abstützbar. Die Verriegelungsvorrichtung (55) ist dazu ausgebildet, den verschieblichen Körper (54) bzw. die zweite Anlagefläche (53) in einer Spannposition (S3) zu halten, in der der Stapel (1) zwischen den Anlageflächen (52, 53) bei einer Presskraft (F) aufgenommen ist. Sie ist weiterhin dazu ausgebildet, in der Spannposition (S3) eine vorgegebene Spannkraft (F), insbesondere eine Vorspannkraft, als Presskraft auf den Stapel (1) aufrecht zu erhalten. Die Technik umfasst weiterhin eine Fügestation, eine Fertigungsstation, ein Fügeverfahren und ein Fertigungsverfahren.
