Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un agente trombolítico para el "trombo intravascular" y, muy particularmente, a un agente trombolítico que tiene un dominio de reconocimiento de trombo y un dominio trombolítico. También se refiere a un polipéptido para la trombólisis de un trombo intravascular, un gen para ese polipéptido y una composición farmacéutica que lo contiene. El polipéptido que reconoce el 'trombo intravascular' y disuelve el trombo de la presente invención se caracteriza porque consiste en un dominio trombolítico que comprende la secuencia de aminoácidos expuesta en SEQ ID NO: 1 o SEQ ID NO: 2 y un dominio de reconocimiento de trombo que comprende la secuencia de aminoácidos expuesta en SEQ ID NO: 3 o SEQ ID NO: 4. De conformidad con la presente invención, el polipéptido para disolver trombos mediante el reconocimiento de "trombos intravasculares" disuelve trombos en la sangre de un mamífero sin efectos secundarios graves de sangrado y tiene un efecto preventivo y terapéutico sobre la trombosis, previniendo así la trombosis y enfermedades relacionadas. O puede ser ampliamente usado como agente terapéutico.
