Abstract

Diferentes estándares de ingesta nutricional se establecen en función de la edad, el sexo y el nivel de actividad física en las Ingestas Dietéticas de Referencia (DRI) establecidas en cada país, por ejemplo, las "DRI japonesas". Por lo tanto, para proporcionar comidas que satisfagan las DRI a una pluralidad de usuarios con diferentes atributos, por ejemplo, en el comedor del personal de una empresa o similar, se ha requerido no sólo el ajuste de las cantidades de las comidas sino también el ajuste fino de los componentes nutricionales de las comidas para cada categoría. La presente invención propone un producto alimenticio nutritivo completo que elimina la necesidad de ajustar los nutrientes de acuerdo con cada categoría de edad, sexo y nivel de actividad física, y permite comer un producto alimenticio nutritivo completo que satisface las DRI solo ajustando la cantidad (calorías) de alimentos, y un sistema de suministro de los mismos. Como resultado, los usuarios que reciben comidas pueden tomar fácilmente el producto alimenticio nutritivo completo, se liberan de los problemas de gestión de la nutrición y pueden mejorar su salud.
