Abstract
Un dispositivo de control de filtro de desbloqueo que controla un proceso de filtro de desbloqueo en una imagen decodificada incluye: un derivador de parámetros configurado para derivar un valor de parámetro que controla una resistencia de filtro en un proceso de filtro de desbloqueo; y un transformador de parámetro configurado para dar salida a un valor de parámetro transformado al transformar el valor de parámetro con base en una profundidad de bit de entrada que es una profundidad de bit de la señal de video, en donde cuando la profundidad de bit de entrada es menor que una profundidad de bit predeterminada, el transformador de parámetro está configurado para dar salida al valor de parámetro transformado al agregar un valor de desfase al valor de parámetro y hacer un cambio de bit de un resultado de la adición, y el transformador de parámetro está configurado para cambiar el valor de desfase con base en la profundidad de bit de entrada.
