Abstract
DISPOSITIVO E PROGRAMA DE CONTROLE DO FILTRO DE DESBLOQUEIO. Um dispositivo e programa de controle do filtro de desbloqueio que controla um processo realizado em filtro de desbloqueio emu ma imagem decodificada que inclui: um derivador de parâmetro configurado para derivar um valor de parâmetro que controla uma força de filtro no processo de filtro de desbloqueio; e um transformador de parâmetro configurado para gerar um valor de parâmetro transformado transformando o valor de parâmetro com base em uma profundidade de bit que é uma profundidade de bit do sinal de vídeo, em que quando a profundidade de bit de entrada é menor que uma profundidade de bit predeterminada, o transformador de parâmetro é configurado para produzir o valor de parâmetro transformado adicionando um valor de deslocamento ao valor de parâmetro e fazendo um deslocamento de bit de um resultado da adição, e o transformador de parâmetro é configurado para alterar o valor de deslocamento com base na entrada de profundidade de bit.
