Abstract

Una electroválvula de entrada de agua capaz de mejorar la atracción electromagnética y un método de implementación de la misma. El método comprende: obtener un ensamblaje de estator encapsulado en plástico inyectando plástico a un ensamblaje de estator (102); y ensamblar el ensamblaje de estator encapsulado en plástico y un ensamblaje de cuerpo de válvula que comprende un núcleo de hierro móvil (201) juntos para formar la válvula de solenoide de entrada de agua. El ensamblaje de estator encapsulado en plástico comprende: un manguito interior conductor magnético superior (113) y un manguito interior conductor magnético inferior (114) montados en un orificio central de un ensamblaje de bobina (103); un manguito aislante de agua (117) en los lados interiores del manguito interior conductor magnético superior (113) y del manguito interior conductor magnético inferior (114); una horquilla magnética (111) situado fuera del ensamblaje de la bobina (103) y que conecta el manguito interior conductor magnético superior (113) y el manguito interior conductor magnético inferior(114); una base conductora magnética (121) montada en el lado interior del manguito interior conductor magnético superior (113); y una capa encapsuladora de plástico (116) que reviste el ensamblaje de la bobina (103) y la horquilla magnética (111). Al situar la cara superior del núcleo de hierro móvil (201) en una posición inicial no inferior al borde superior del manguito interior conductor magnético inferior (114) y no superior a 1/4 de la altura de un hueco entre el borde superior del manguito interior conductor magnético inferior (114) y el borde inferior del manguito interior conductor magnético superior (113), se mejora la atracción electromagnética de la electroválvula de entrada de agua.
