Abstract
La invención se refiere a sistemas que permiten el uso de gas licuado de petróleo en motores diésel common-rail y, en particular, a la alimentación de motores diésel con gas diésel biocombustible o sólo gas en lugar de diésel. Un sistema de transductor ultrasónico de gas para hacer funcionar un motor diésel common-rail comprende una unidad de control electrónico; un tanque de agua; un tanque de gas con válvula de corte de suministro de gas; un sensor de nivel de gas; una bomba de gasolina conectada operativamente con el tanque de gasolina; una bomba de agua conectada operativamente con el tanque de agua; un mezclador que comprende un sensor de nivel de agua y un transductor ultrasónico adaptado para generar una mezcla de vapor de agua y gas; en el que el mezclador comprende dos compartimentos: el compartimento superior y el compartimento inferior, comprendiendo los medios para la separación de los compartimentos superior e inferior una válvula antirreflujo adaptada para permitir que el vapor de agua del compartimento inferior pase a través de la válvula antirreflujo para el compartimiento superior y para evitar que el agua líquida fluya hacia el compartimiento superior; en el que el compartimiento superior del mezclador comprende una salida conectada operativamente con el colector de admisión del motor; donde la salida de la bomba de gas está operativamente conectada con el compartimiento superior del mezclador, la salida de la bomba de agua está conectada operativamente con el compartimiento inferior del mezclador, donde el transductor ultrasónico está ubicado debajo de la válvula antirreflujo. La interacción controlada entre los elementos del sistema y los elementos del vehículo da como resultado una mezcla de gas y vapor de agua. En caso de ejecución con combustible dual, la mezcla de agua y gas se calcula con base en la información recibida por la unidad de control electrónico del sistema del common-rail del motor, el sensor de temperatura del motor, el sensor del medidor de flujo de aire y el bloque del pedal de aceleración.
