Abstract

Se proporciona un método para operar un vehículo de manejo de materiales que comprende: monitorear, por medio de un controlador, un primer parámetro de manejo de vehículo que corresponde a una primera dirección de desplazamiento del vehículo durante una primera operación manual del vehículo por parte de un operador y monitorear simultáneamente, por medio del controlador, un segundo parámetro de manejo de vehículo que corresponde a una segunda dirección diferente de la primera dirección de desplazamiento durante la primera operación manual del vehículo por parte de un operador. El controlador recibe, después de la primera operación manual del vehículo, una solicitud de implementar una primera operación semiautomatizada de manejo. Con base en el primer y segundo parámetros de manejo de vehículo monitoreados durante la primera operación manual, el controlador controla la implementación de la primera operación semiautomatizada de manejo.
