Abstract

Un linfocito T modificado comprende: i) una proteína del factor regulador negativo (Nef) exógena; y ii) un receptor exógeno funcional que comprende: (a) un dominio de unión al ligando extracelular, (b) un dominio transmembrana y (c) un dominio de señalización intracelular (ISD) que comprende un dominio de señalización quimérico (CMSD), donde el CMSD comprende uno o una pluralidad de motivos de activación basados en el inmunorreceptor de tirosina (ITAM), donde la pluralidad de ITAM de CMSD se conectan opcionalmente mediante uno o más enlazadores.
