Abstract
Un método para imprimir un material compuesto de fotopolímero en 3D incluye proporcionar un material de premezcla de resina que incluye un monómero de acrilato o un oligómero de acrilato, un hidrato inorgánico, un relleno de refuerzo, un co-iniciador y un iniciador de ultravioleta (UV). Un iniciador térmico se mezcla con la premezcla de resina para formar una resina compuesta de fotopolímero. La resina compuesta de fotopolímero se extruye repetidamente y se cura doblemente mediante un sistema de impresión en 3D para crear un material compuesto de fotopolímero. El sistema de impresión 3D incluye un sistema de control, un sistema de mezclado, un sistema de alimentación en comunicación fluida con el sistema de mezclado, un módulo de fotocurado controlado por el sistema de control y un cabezal de impresión controlado por el sistema de control.
