Description
既存の3D印刷プロセスにおいては、型込めすることなくコンピュータ制御の下で材料層を形成することにより3Dの物体が生成される。例えば、コンピュータ3Dモデリングフラグメンテーションを用いて、ある構造の3D情報が決定され、調製された混合物を機械制御によってノズルから供給してその構造を印刷することができる。
・常にドラムを密閉する
・樹脂を光及び湿気に曝すことを避ける
・ドラムに不純物が入らないようにする
・7日ごとに1回樹脂を手動で混ぜる
・3時間を超えて混ぜられていない樹脂を使って印刷しようとしない
・約150から200mLの第1のサンプルが第1のドラムから取得され得る。
・約150から200mLの第2のサンプルが第2のドラムから取得され得る。
・約150から200mLの第3のサンプルが第3のドラムから取得され得る。
Claims (19)
- 光ポリマ複合材料を3D印刷する方法であって、
3D印刷システムであって、
制御システムと、
混合タンクを含む混合システムと、
前記混合システムと流体的に連通する供給システムと、
前記制御システムにより制御される光キュアリングモジュールと、
前記制御システムにより制御される印刷ヘッドであって、
前記供給システムと流体的に連通する押出機と、
前記押出機と流体的に連通するノズルと
を含む印刷ヘッドと
を備える3D印刷システムにアクセスし、
a)樹脂プレミックス材料であって、
光ポリマ複合樹脂の約10.0~30.0w%の範囲のアクリル酸塩モノマ及びアクリル酸塩オリゴマのうち少なくとも一方と、
前記光ポリマ複合材料の最高温度が自己触媒閾値温度よりも低くなるように維持する熱物理的性質を有する無機水和物であって、前記光ポリマ複合樹脂の約5.0~30.0w%の範囲の無機水和物と、
前記光ポリマ複合樹脂の約50.0~80.0w%の範囲の補強充填剤と、
前記光ポリマ複合樹脂の約0.001~0.2w%の範囲の紫外光(UV)開始剤と、
前記光ポリマ複合樹脂の約0.001~0.05w%の範囲の共開始剤と
を含む樹脂プレミックス材料を用意し、
b)前記光ポリマ複合樹脂の約0.001~0.05w%の範囲の熱開始剤を前記樹脂プレミックス材料と前記混合タンク内で混合して前記光ポリマ複合樹脂を形成し、前記熱開始剤は前記供給システムから供給され、
c)前記ノズルを用いて支持体上に前記光ポリマ複合樹脂の層を押し出し、前記ノズルは、前記制御システムを介して前記光ポリマ複合樹脂の前記層を押し出すように指示され、
d)前記光キュアリングモジュールを介して光照射を用いて前記層を少なくとも部分的にキュアリングし、
e)それぞれの後続の層上で前記工程c)及びd)を繰り返して前記光ポリマ複合材料を製造し、
f)前記熱開始剤の活性化及び熱エネルギーの利用により前記部分的にキュアリングされた層のうち少なくとも1層を完全にキュアリングし、工程d)における前記層の部分的キュアリング及び前記共開始剤による前記熱開始剤の活性化は、重合と熱の放射を引き起こし、これにより、自己触媒閾値温度以上で自己触媒重合反応を引き起こす、
方法。 - 前記熱開始剤は、前記光ポリマ複合樹脂が押し出される前に前記樹脂プレミックス材料と混合され、前記熱開始剤は、前記3D印刷システムの前記押出機に直接加えられる、請求項1の方法。
- 前記熱開始剤は粉体であり、前記熱開始剤は、約30秒から5分の間、前記樹脂プレミックス材料と混合される、請求項1の方法。
- 前記熱開始剤は液体であり、前記熱開始剤は、約5秒から60秒の間、前記樹脂プレミックス材料と混合される、請求項1の方法。
- さらに、
前記アクリル酸塩モノマ又は前記アクリル酸塩オリゴマの一部をUV開始剤の一部に混ぜ合わせてプレポリマ混合物を形成し、
前記プレポリマ混合物に光を照射してアクリル酸塩プレポリマを形成し、前記照射は、前記プレポリマ混合物を部分的にのみ重合させる
ことによりアクリル酸塩プレポリマを形成し、
前記アクリル酸塩プレポリマを前記樹脂プレミックス中に混ぜる、
請求項1の方法。 - さらに、前記樹脂プレミックス材料を新しい樹脂プレミックス材料と置換し、前記新しい樹脂プレミックス材料中の前記無機水和物の量は、前記自己触媒閾値温度より低い層温度を維持するのに有効な量である、請求項1の方法。
- 工程c)~e)における各層は、前記自己触媒閾値温度以上の温度のままである、請求項1の方法。
- 前記共開始剤は、ビソメルPTEである、請求項1の方法。
- 前記樹脂プレミックスは、前記光ポリマ複合樹脂の約0.001~0.05w%の範囲の染料又は顔料をさらに含む、請求項1の方法。
- 前記アクリル酸塩オリゴマは、トリエチレングリコールジメタクリレート(TEGDMA)である、請求項1の方法。
- 前記層は、約1mmから10mmの範囲の厚さを有し、前記層は、前記3D印刷システムの前記印刷ヘッドの単一のパスにより押し出される、請求項1の方法。
- 前記補強充填剤は、少なくとも酸化アルミニウム三水和物又は炭酸カルシウム、滑石、シリカ、ウォラストナイト、硫酸カルシウム繊維、雲母、ガラスビーズ、ガラス繊維、又はこれらの組み合わせのうち少なくとも1つとの酸化アルミニウム三水和物混合物を含む、請求項1の方法。
- 前記UV開始剤は、ビスアシルフォスフィンオキサイド(BAPO)である、請求項1の方法。
- 前記熱開始剤は、過酸化ベンゾイルである、請求項1の方法。
- 前記樹脂プレミックスは、少なくとも四ホウ酸ナトリウム及びホウ酸を含む難燃添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1の方法。
- 前記熱開始剤は粉体であり、前記熱開始剤は、前記3D印刷システムの前記押出機により受け入れられる前に、約30秒から5分の間、前記樹脂プレミックス材料と混合される、請求項1の方法。
- 前記熱開始剤は、少なくとも部分的にアクリル酸塩モノマに溶解された熱開始剤を含む液体の熱開始剤であり、前記樹脂プレミックス材料は、前記3D印刷システムの前記押出機により受け入れられる前に、約5秒から60秒の間、前記液体の熱開始剤と化合される、請求項1の方法。
- 前記制御システムは、前記樹脂プレミックス材料と化合される前記熱開始剤の量と、前記樹脂プレミックス材料と化合される前記熱開始剤の供給のタイミングのうち少なくとも一方を調整して前記光ポリマ複合樹脂を形成するように前記供給システムに指示する、請求項1の方法。
- 前記熱開始剤は、前記光ポリマ複合樹脂が前記3D印刷システムの前記ノズルに移送される前に前記樹脂プレミックス材料と混合され、前記熱開始剤は、前記3D印刷システムの前記押出機に直接加えられる、請求項1の方法。
