Abstract
Esta invención revela un calentador electrónico de tabaco de tipo calentamiento de aire, un elemento calentador cerámico y su método de preparación. El elemento calentador cerámico incluye: el cuerpo cerámico de panal, el referido cuerpo cerámico de panal dispone internamente de un canal poroso que tiene poros circulares o polígonos; el circuito impreso de calentamiento, el referido circuito impreso de calentamiento es dispuesto de modo circundante en la superficie externa del cuerpo cerámico de panal aludido, para calentar el aire que pase por el canal poroso tratado. El elemento calentador cerámico de esta invención utiliza la cerámica de panal de alúmina de alta pureza con muy alta compacidad superficial, que puede evitar efectivamente la adsorción de las partículas de humo y surtir el efecto de prevención de olor extraño. La cerámica de panal de alúmina de alta pureza tiene buena conductividad térmica, la conductividad térmica llega hasta 33W/m.k. La estructura de cerámica de panal tiene el espesor de pared y el diámetro de poro muy reducidos, los efectos de conductividad térmica son extremadamente buenos. Asimismo, la forma porosa de panal puede aumentar considerablemente el área de contacto con el aire. La cerámica de panal de alúmina tiene un área superficial específica grande y una eficiencia de calentamiento alta, siendo capaz de realizar más rápidamente el objetivo de calentamiento de aire.
