Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un método para configurar un refrigerador de exhibición abierta, en donde el refrigerador de exhibición abierta comprende un espacio de almacenamiento refrigerado y al menos un estante en el interior del refrigerador de exhibición abierta, estando el aire en el espacio de almacenamiento refrigerado separado del aire exterior al refrigerador de exhibición abierta mediante una cortina de aire establecida por un ventilador que impulsa el aire hacia una salida de aire, el aire en la cortina de aire se recupera mediante una entrada de aire que recircula el aire de la cortina de aire a un conducto de aire acoplado a la salida de aire y en donde el método comprende: a) proporcionar una serie de sensores de temperatura dentro del interior del refrigerador con exhibición abierta; b) medir una diferencia de temperatura inicial entre la temperatura más cálida registrada por la serie de sensores de temperatura y la temperatura más fría registrada por la serie de sensores de temperatura; c) acoplar una guía de aire a un borde de al menos un estante distal a una pared posterior del espacio de almacenamiento refrigerado en un punto de inicio; d) ajustar la distancia entre la guía de aire y el borde del estante para al menos un estante; e) medir una diferencia de temperatura final asociada con la distancia, siendo la diferencia de temperatura final la diferencia de temperatura entre la temperatura más cálida registrada por la serie de sensores de temperatura y la temperatura más fría registrada por la serie de sensores de temperatura después de acoplar una guía de aire a al menos un estante; f) repetir los pasos (d) y (e) para una pluralidad de distancias a intervalos discretos; g) seleccionar una distancia de la pluralidad de distancias que da lugar a al menos una diferencia de temperatura umbral, o seleccionar la distancia de la pluralidad de distancias en donde la diferencia entre la diferencia de temperatura inicial y la diferencia de temperatura final asociada es mayor.
