Abstract
La invención proporciona un método para la identificación de Vaccinium myrtillus en una composición botánica, y un kit específicamente diseñado para su implementación; el método de la invención se basa en la detección, al utilizar amplificación de PCR, de fragmentos de ácido nucleico dentro de una región genómica de Vaccinium myrtillus, principalmente en la región genómica dentro del espaciador transcrito interno 1, en la región genómica de ARN ribosomal 5.8S y en el espaciador transcrito interno 2.
