Abstract

Un método para la producción de vehículos de motor comprende los pasos: - recubrir una carrocería del vehículo de motor con una pintura, - secar y/o curar la pintura. - montar las piezas de fijación en los componentes que soportan carga de la carrocería de vehículo de motor recubierto, y - aplicar una película adhesiva (160), la cual comprende un recubrimiento adhesivo en una superficie (170; 172) de la carrocería del vehículo de motor recubierto o en una de las piezas de fijación montadas en el mismo. Para el propósito de aplicar la película adhesiva (160), dicha película está posicionada entre la superficie (170; 172) y una membrana elástica (120; 122) con la ayuda de un sistema automatizado (200). La membrana (120; 122) es transferida, al menos en algunas regiones, en una condición abultada que tiene un lado cóncavo y un lado convexo y entra en contacto con la superficie (170; 172) con el lado convexo hacia delante de manera que el recubrimiento adhesivo de la película adhesiva (160) sea presionada sobre el área completa de la superficie (170; 172) por la membrana (120; 122). Una herramienta adecuada para dicho método comprende la membrana (120; 122), un medio para fijar la película adhesiva (160) en alineación paralela con la membrana (120; 122) y una trama la cual está diseñada para formar, junto con la superficie (170; 172) para ser unida y la membrana (120; 122), una cámara de presión negativa (141) en la cual la película adhesiva (160) está dispuesta y en la cual la membrana (120; 122) puede abultarse cuando una presión negativa es aplicada a la cámara de presión negativa (141).
