Abstract
Esta solicitud proporciona un método y aparato de monitoreo de calidad de red, y se relaciona con el campo de las tecnologías de comunicaciones, para monitorear de manera más efectiva la calidad de red; el método incluye: obtener, a través de un aparato de monitoreo de calidad de red, datos de funcionamiento de red, donde los datos de funcionamiento de red incluyen datos dinámicos correspondientes a una pluralidad de periodos de muestreo y datos estáticos que son de un AP; determinar un valor de eficiencia de canal del AP con base en cada uno de una pluralidad de grupos de datos dinámicos del AP, a fin de obtener una pluralidad de valores de eficiencia de canal del AP; determinar una línea base de eficiencia de canal del AP con base en los datos estáticos del AP; y determinar, con base en la pluralidad de valores de eficiencia de canal del AP y la línea base de eficiencia de canal del AP, la calidad de red de una red de área local inalámbrica en la cual se localiza el AP; un valor de eficiencia de canal del AP es un volumen de datos transmitidos por unidad de tiempo en un periodo de tiempo de transmisión de datos válido en un periodo de muestreo, y la línea base de eficiencia de canal del AP es utilizada para indicar una relación de variación entre un valor de referencia de un valor de eficiencia de canal del AP y un primer parámetro dinámico, donde el primer parámetro dinámico es uno de los datos dinámicos del AP.
