Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para el aislamiento de linfocitos (en particular células T ?d) de una muestra de tejido no hematopoyético que comprende los pasos de: cultivar una muestra de tejido no hematopoyético en la presencia de (a) interleucina-2 (IL-2) o 5 interleucina-9 (IL-9); (b) interleucina-15 (IL-15) y (c) interleucina-21 (IL-21); y recolectar una población de linfocitos cultivados de la muestra de tejido no hematopoyético; se proporcionan métodos de expansión posterior, así como poblaciones de células aisladas obtenidas por el método y usos del mismo.
