Abstract

Un método de análisis de sensibilidad para partes de carrocería automotriz de acuerdo con la presente invención es un método por medio del cual una computadora analiza, con respecto al desempeño de la carrocería automotriz de una carrocería automotriz incluye una pluralidad de partes de carrocería automotriz, la sensibilidad de partes de carrocería automotriz y el método incluye un paso de adquisición de modelo de carrocería automotriz S1 para adquirir un modelo de carrocería automotriz 31 que incluye las partes de carrocería automotriz cada una modelada con una pluralidad de elementos; un paso de análisis de sensibilidad S3 para establecer una condición objetivo relacionada con el desempeño de la carrocería automotriz, una condición de restricción relacionada con un volumen y una condición de carga impuesta sobre el modelo de carrocería automotriz 31 y para calcular densidades de material de los elementos respectivos, las densidades de material satisfacen la condición objetivo bajo la condición de carga y la condición de restricción y para establecer las densidades de material calculadas de los elementos respectivos como las sensibilidades de los elementos respectivos relacionados con el desempeño de la carrocería automotriz; y un paso de cálculo de sensibilidad de partes de carrocería automotriz S5 para calcular la sensibilidad para cada una de las partes de carrocería automotriz, sobre la base de las sensibilidades de los elementos.
