Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a métodos para purificar ácidos nucleicos. En particular, la presente invención se refiere a un método para separar oligonucleótidos ricos en guanina de estructuras secundarias en cuádruplex formadas a partir de oligonucleótidos usando cromatografía de intercambio aniónico monolítico. También se describen los parámetros de fase móvil que controlan la formación cuádruplex y permiten la separación del cuádruplex intacto del oligonucleótido monocatenario.
