Abstract
La presente invención refiere a un dispositivo de válvula (1), en particular una válvula de aire secundaria para una sección de gas de escape de un motor de combustión interna, que comprende una carcasa de válvula (2) con una entrada (3) y una salida (4), un asiento de válvula (6) dispuesto entre la entrada (3) y la salida (4) y comprende una abertura de válvula (5), en donde dicha abertura de la válvula (5) puede cerrarse mediante un miembro de cierre de válvula (7), 21, 33) que se presiona contra el asiento de la válvula (6) por medio de una fuerza predeterminada, y un diafragma (8) que actúa sobre el miembro de cierre de la válvula (7, 21, 33), en donde una primera cámara de control (9) está separada de una segunda cámara de control (10) por el diafragma (8), de modo que la válvula puede cambiarse por medio de una diferencia de presión entre la primera cámara de control (9) y la segunda cámara de control (10). Para garantizar una apertura fiable incluso en condiciones de funcionamiento adversas, se proporciona de acuerdo con la presente invención que el diafragma (8) está conectado al miembro de cierre de la válvula (7, 21, 33), al menos en un rango parcial de una posible carrera del miembro de cierre de la válvula (7, 21, 33), a través de un mecanismo de engranaje (11, 27) que se incorpora de tal manera que un movimiento del diafragma (8) se traslada en un movimiento del miembro de cierre de la válvula (7, 21, 33) a una velocidad inferior.
