Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for obtaining milk with a high protein and calcium content. It consists of a) subjecting milk of bovine origin to an ultrafiltration stage, b) subjecting the ultrafiltered milk to a microfiltration stage, and c) mixing the milk obtained with whole milk of bovine origin. Said method provides a protein content of up to 70% and up 16% to 32% of calcium, increasing the percentage that milk naturally contains to obtain a high protein and calcium content product.
