Abstract

La presente invención pertenece al campo de los piensos, complementos del pienso, premezclas y aditivos del pienso, más en particular para rumiantes, aún más particular para la mejora del metabolismo y la salud general, el bienestar y la longevidad de un animal rumiante; se proveen métodos para aumentar los niveles de glucosa circulante en la sangre, disminuir el betahidroxibutirato circulante, reducir el riesgo de cetosis y prevenir la inflamación en un rumiante.
