Abstract

La invención se relaciona con un envase de concha para el envasado hermético de productos alimenticios, cuyo envase comprende: - una bandeja plegada de una sola hoja de material, preferiblemente cartón, cuya bandeja tiene por lo menos dos partes de fondo adyacentes, cada parte de fondo tiene una pared inferior y paredes verticales dispuestas alrededor del borde circunferencial de la pared inferior, en donde las por lo menos dos partes de fondo adyacentes están conectadas de manera abisagrada una con otra a lo largo de un borde superior de una pared vertical respectiva, de modo que las por lo menos dos partes de fondo adyacentes se pueden abisagrar una encima de otra para formar una caja cerrada, - una brida horizontal, circunferencial dispuesta a la bandeja en por lo menos algo de los bordes superiores de las paredes verticales, y - una lámina de barrera de plástico dispuesta en las partes de fondo y que se extiende y cubre sustancialmente la brida horizontal circunferencial donde la brida horizontal, circunferencial comprende una zona de sellado que se extiende a lo largo de la longitud completa de la brida, donde la zona de sellado es una línea simétrica a lo largo de la línea de bisagra en el borde superior de las paredes conectadas.
