Se describe un envase sellado (1, 1, 1´´, 1´´´) que contiene un producto alimenticio vertible y que comprende una porción inferior (3), una porción superior (4) y una porción principal (5) interpuesta entre la porción inferior (3) y la porción superior (4) e incluye una pluralidad de porciones de pared lateral (6); la porción principal (5) está dividida de la porción inferior (3) y la porción superior (4) respectivamente por un contorno periférico inferior (8) y un contorno periférico superior (9, 9´´) que se extiende transversalmente con respecto a una dirección longitudinal (A); cada uno del contorno periférico inferior (8) y el contorno periférico superior (9, 9´´) tiene una forma de línea discontinua y está formado por una pluralidad de bordes de contorno (8a, 8b, 8c; 9a, 9b, 9c; 9a´´, 9b´´, 9c´´) unidos uno con otro; la porción inferior (3) comprende un panel inferior cuadrilátero (10) delimitado por el contorno periférico inferior (8) y que se extiende ortogonal a la dirección longitudinal (A); la porción superior (4) comprende un panel superior cuadrilátero (14, 14´´) delimitado por el contorno periférico superior (9, 9´´) y que se extiende transversalmente hacia la dirección longitudinal (A); el área del panel inferior (10) es diferente del área de un cuadrilátero superior (Q) obtenido al proyectar, a lo largo de la dirección longitudinal (A), el panel superior (14, 14´´) sobre un plano de referencia (P) paralelo al panel inferior (10), que atraviesa el envase (1, 1´, 1´´, 1´´´) y que contiene por lo menos uno (9a, 9a´´) de los bordes de contorno (8a, 8b, 8c; 9a, 9b, 9c, 9a´´, 9b´´, 9c´´) del contorno periférico superior (9, 9´´).
