Abstract
Una lámina de acero de alta resistencia de acuerdo con la presente invención tiene una estructura de acero con ferrita de 35% o más y 80% o menos, martensita de 5% o más y 35% o menos, y martensita templada de 0% o más y 5 % o menos en términos de fracción de área y austenita retenida de 8% o más en términos de fracción de volumen, además, un tamaño promedio de grano de la ferrita es de 6 µm o menos, un tamaño promedio de grano de la austenita retenida es 3 µm o menos, y un valor obtenido al dividir una fracción de área de austenita en bloques entre una suma de fracciones de área de austenita en forma de listón y la austenita en bloques es de 0.6 o más, un valor obtenido al dividir un contenido promedio de Mn en la austenita retenida entre un contenido promedio de Mn en la ferrita es de 1.5 o más, y un valor obtenido dividiendo un contenido promedio de C en la austenita retenida entre un contenido promedio de C en la ferrita es de 3.0 o más.
