Abstract
Un sistema de sensor capacitivo y control está configurado para detectar la presencia (o ausencia) del fluido dentro de un contenedor. Configurado en un contenedor de una freidora de fritura profunda, el sensor determina cuando un nivel de líquido dentro del contenedor está en o por encima del nivel de sensor. El sensor está en comunicación con el sistema de control y el sensor envía una señal al sistema de control representativo de la presencia o ausencia del líquido dentro del contenedor y en el nivel del sensor. El controlador recibe la señal del sensor, y permite operación de un sistema de manejo de fluido y su plomería asociada para mantener un nivel apropiado del líquido en el contenedor.
