Abstract
Un sensor capacitivo y sistema de control son configurados para detectar la presencia (o ausencia) de fluido dentro de un contenedor. Configurado en una cuba u olla de una freidora, el sensor determina cuándo el nivel de fluido dentro de la freidora es igual o por encima del nivel del sensor.
