Abstract
La invención se refiere a la medicina y, más particularmente, a la cirugía y la ci rugía bucal. Una matriz de titanio basada en una tela tejida por urdimbre metálica libre de tensión para la regeneración guiada del tejido está hecha de una tela de malla tejida por urdimbre formada a partir de hilos de titanio, la estructura de la tela de malla tiene la forma de una tela tejida por urdimbre metálica de dos varillas, lisa y combinada formada sobre la base de tejidos primarios y derivados y que tiene columnas alternantes que consisten en uno y dos hilos de titanio respectivamente, en donde los hilos de titanio tienen una superficie contorneada. El resultado técnico es: una disminución de la elasticidad y un aumento de la plasticidad del material , lo que permite preservar las dimensiones establecidas de un implante después de la eliminación de todas las cargas sobre el material ; un aumento en la adhesión de la matriz al lecho de la herida; delimitación del crecimiento de la membrana mucosa y del tejido óseo; formación de buena calidad del volumen necesario de tejido óseo para la posterior inserción de implantes dentales; probabilidad mínima de incompatibilidad biomecánica entre la tela tejida por urdimbre y la membrana mucosa; y riesgo reducido de trauma..
