Abstract
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种用于牙槽骨植骨用的H形钛网。种植手术在骨增量时应用骨替代物最大的问题是:骨替代物不易塑形;目前的钛网厚、大,不易放置在狭小空间;需专用工具修剪塑形;影响新成骨的血供。基于上述问题,本发明提供一种薄的具有特种形状的可用于牙槽骨植骨用钛网,其能保持移植的骨替代物稳定及不变形,仅占有限空间,能提高骨替代物的抗力型、不影响血供。本发明制作有不同大小规格型号,可适应不同牙位的差异。本发明钛金属网采用细微钛金属丝设计压制而成,具有良好的组织相容性、耐腐蚀,有一定的张力,不变形,不占空间等优点,是一种可行的低价位的,良好的种植位点骨增量手术器械。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种用于牙槽骨行骨增量即植骨用的H形钛网。
背景技术
牙列缺失或缺损后,会导致患者无法咀嚼或咀嚼效率下降,常常还伴随有牙槽骨高度和宽度的缺损,并对面部外形、颞下颌关节等均能造成损伤。种植牙技术是所有假牙(义齿)系列中恢复咀嚼效率最高,外观最接近自然牙的一种修复技术。但种植修复对种植牙放置位点的骨量有严格的要求。
目前,骨量不足时普遍采用的方法是GBR或Onlay植骨。即在骨缺损部位放置自体或人工骨替代物。Onlay植骨是取自体骨进行骨增量的一种手术方法,但创伤大、费用高,一般患者难以接受;植入骨替代物是骨增量手术中最常用的另外一种方法。然而其最大的问题是植入的骨替代物不容易保持预成型的初始外形,并且在愈合时间内形成的新骨抗外力型差。此时通常采用纤维膜或钛网。纤维膜很容易变形。所用钛金属网是预成钛金属网,优点是术中耐腐蚀性接近于自然骨,生物相容性优异。然而钛网在应用时体积较大,非常厚,占据较大空间,不容易放置在较薄牙龈的狭小空间,造成牙龈无法正常拉拢缝合且还要临时修剪塑形,且影响血供。
发明内容
基于上述问题,本发明要解决的问题是提供一种用于牙槽骨植骨用钛网。为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供以下的技术方案:其特征是在牙槽嵴顶种植位点骨缺损时,能保持移植的人工骨替代物稳定不变形,薄且不占据大量空间的钛金属网。可满足增加牙槽骨骨量,提高牙槽骨骨替代物的抗力型。
本发明的有益效果为:
与现有技术相比,本发明是一种用于牙槽骨植骨用的钛网。可以覆盖于缺牙区的牙槽骨颊舌侧边缘,能满足拔牙后和种植牙之后位点的骨量保持。本发明钛金属网厚度薄,容易塑形,容易固定,能保持替代物的外形和抗力型。本发明制作有不同大小规格型号,适应不同大小及牙位差异,可以为前、后牙提供骨塑形成骨。

附图是本发明的用于植骨用的钛金属网结构示意图。本发明是一种在牙槽骨骨量不足植骨后维持骨替代物空间形态的钛网。覆盖于牙槽骨和替代物表面,能满足单个、多个植入种植体后骨周围形成的新骨形态稳定。并能长期保留在牙龈下或可取出。它由钛金属制造,组织相容性良好,质量轻,强度高,无磁性,无导热导电等性能,不影响CT、MRI的检查。化学性能稳定,对各种酸碱物质具有优良的耐腐蚀性。
本发明实施例是一种用于植骨用的钛金属网,包括钛金属网的大小尺寸(A,B间与C,D间),H形延伸部(1),腰部(2),网格(3),圆孔(4)。具体地,钛金属网形状为H形状。总体为长方形,中间为一个狭窄腰部(2);钛网厚度为0.1mm,外形长15~25mm,宽8~13mm;狭窄腰部(2)边缘为圆弧构造,中央部有一个直径1.5mm圆孔(4);圆孔周围部(C,D间)钛金属网表现为1mm×1mm方形网格(3)。
具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明但不能用来限制本发明的范围。
如图所示本发明公开了一种用于牙槽骨植骨用的H形钛网。
如上所述,本发明是一种用于植骨用的钛金属网,可覆盖于牙槽骨或者种植有种植体的牙槽骨颊舌侧。狭窄腰部(2)放置在牙槽嵴顶中间部位,两侧H形延伸部(1)紧贴骨面或者使用钛金属螺钉通过圆孔(4),使用封闭螺丝,将钛金属网固定在种植体上。本钛网对于骨替代物有固定塑形作用,又有利于骨缺损部的血液供应。可以取出,或者留置。
本发明用于牙槽嵴植入骨替代物后的塑形和稳定。钛金属网采用细微钛金属丝设计,能较容易塑形,具有良好的组织相容性,耐腐蚀,一定的张力,不变形,不占空间等优点,可保持骨外形稳定,是一种可行的低价位的,良好的手术器械。

1.一种用于牙槽骨植骨用的H形钛网。
2.其特征在于,所述钛金属网,包括钛金属网主体。
3.主体包括钛金属网边缘及H形延伸部,钛金属网狭窄腰部,钛金属网方形网孔,中央固定螺丝圆形孔。
4.所述的钛金属网,其特征在于,所述钛金属网的整体厚度为0.1mm,狭窄腰部宽度为8~13mm,非狭窄腰部宽度为10~15mm ,外形长度为15~25mm。
5.所述的钛金属网,其特征在于,所述钛金属网的网孔为1mm×1mm方形孔隙。
6.所述的钛金属网,其特征在于,中间部分为狭窄腰部, 外形边缘为圆弧形。
7.所述的钛金属网,其特征在于,圆孔位于钛网狭窄腰部的中央部。
