Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con una máquina de moldeo por inyección teniendo un control de máquina y una unidad de mando configurada como interfaz de hombre-máquina, la unidad de mando estando configurada para poder arrancar la máquina de moldeo por inyección de un estado apagado o de un estado de espera a una operación productiva para la fabricación de partes de moldeo moldeadas por inyección, y cambiarla de regreso de la operación productiva a un estado apagado o de espera. El proceso de arranque de la máquina de moldeo por inyección y el proceso de parada de la máquina de moldeo por inyección está en cada caso subdividida inventivamente en varias etapas y para cada etapa del proceso de arranque y para cada etapa del proceso de parada hay una secuencia preprogramada de determinados comandos de movimiento de máquina y/o de determinados comandos de cambio de estado de máquina. Se prevén en la unidad de mando uno o varios elementos de mando con cuyo accionamiento se puede activar una secuencia preprogramada y se puede iniciar una etapa del proceso de arranque o del proceso de parada, iniciándose las funciones de proceso de arranque o del proceso de parada de la máquina de moldeo por inyección asociadas con los comandos de movimiento de máquina y/o comandos de cambio de estado de máquina de esta secuencia.
