Abstract
Un método para decodificar una imagen por un dispositivo de decodificación de acuerdo con la presente invención comprende las etapas de: derivar, a partir de un flujo de bits, coeficientes de transformación de un bloque a ser decodificado; derivar muestras residuales del bloque a ser decodificado, con base en una transformación selectiva de los coeficientes de transformación; y generar un cuadro reconstruido con base en las muestras residuales del bloque a ser decodificado y las muestras de predicción del bloque a ser decodificado, en donde la transformación selectiva se realiza con base en una matriz de transformación modificada, la matriz de transformación modificada comprende una matriz que incluye un vector de base modificado, y el vector de base modificado contiene un cierto número de elementos seleccionados a partir de N elementos.
