Abstract
Un método de decodificación de imágenes, de acuerdo con el presente documento, comprende los pasos de: determinar si analizar un índice de MTS para aplicar una MTS al bloque actual; derivar muestras residuales para el bloque actual aplicando la MTS al bloque actual sobre la base del índice de MTS; y generar una imagen reconstruida sobre la base de las muestras residuales, en donde el paso de determinar si analizar el índice de MTS incluye determinar el tipo de árbol del bloque actual, el tipo de división del bloque actual y si el cero para la MTS se ha llevado a cabo en el bloque actual.
