Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para decodificar una imagen por un dispositivo de decodificación de conformidad con la presente descripción que comprende los pasos de: recibir un flujo de bits que incluye información residual; derivar un factor de conversión cuantificado de un bloque actual con base en la información residual incluida en el flujo de bits; derivar una muestra residual del bloque actual con base en el factor de conversión cuantificado; y generar una imagen reconstruida con base en la muestra residual del bloque actual.
