Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una cápsula detonante de mezcla metálica que comprende: un cartucho externo; un cartucho interno, alojado en el cartucho externo; una rápida expansión mezcla metálica, cargada entre el cartucho externo y el cartucho interno y que comprende un polvo de nitrato de sodio como agente oxidante, un polvo de óxido férrico como agente oxidante, un polvo de aluminio como agente reductor, un polvo lubricante sólido para eliminar la fricción en el aluminio polvo y un polvo de relleno inorgánico para llenar una capa de aire entre los polvos; un disparador rápido mezcla metálica, cargada en el cartucho interno y que comprende un polvo de nitrato de sodio como agente oxidante, un polvo de óxido férrico como agente oxidante, un polvo de óxido de cobre como agente oxidante agente, un polvo de aluminio como agente reductor y un polvo de magnesio de mayor peso porcentaje que el polvo de aluminio como agente reductor; y una unidad de generación de chispas eléctricas, incrustado en la mezcla metálica de disparo rápido.
