Abstract

마그네슘계 발열제 조성물과 그 제조 방법 및 이를 이용한 무화염 화학 가열 장치를 개시한다. 본 발명의 마그네슘계 발열제 조성물의 제조 방법에서는 먼저 발열제 제조용 조성물을 제조하고 이를 소성하여 마그네슘계 발열제 조성물을 생산한다. 본 발명의 발열제 제조용 조성물은 마그네슘 분말 1 kg에 대하여, 식용유 5 g ~ 15 g, 금속 염화물 1 g ~ 5 g 및 철 분말 100 g ~ 130 g을 포함한다. 이 때 식용유로는 상온에서 액체인 유지를 사용할 수 있다. 본 발명의 마그네슘계 발열제 조성물은 전술한 발열제 제조용 조성물을 소성한 마그네슘계 소성체 1 kg에 대하여, 염화나트륨 200~600 g, 식용유 5~20 g 및 활성탄 3~15 g을 함유한다. 본 발명의 마그네슘계 발열제 조성물의 제조 방법은 (가) 전술한 발열제 제조용 조성물을 준비하는 단계, (나) 상기 조성물을 600~660℃의 온도에서 소성하여 마그네슘계 소성체를 제조하는 단계와 (다) 상기 마그네슘계 소성체와 염화나트륨, 식용유 및 활성탄을 배합하는 단계를 포함한다.
