Abstract

La invención se refiere a un dispositivo y un método para cambiar la dirección de soldadura de la soldadura de hombro de un sistema para un proceso de soldadura por fricción-agitación prácticamente sin demora cuando lo requiere la disposición geométrica de las juntas asociadas a soldar o por un desnivel del material, que tiene las siguientes características del método: a) una parte principal (1) con un soporte de puente móvil horizontalmente (5) que tiene un cabezal de soldadura por fricción (12) que se puede ajustar verticalmente junto con él y que tiene un área de montaje de perno (13) para el montaje y accionar de una punta de perno de soldadura (14), en donde el hombro de soldadura (18) tiene un área de montaje (17) del hombro de soldadura que está soportada en múltiples puntos, y b) el área de montaje (17) del hombro de soldadura se puede ajustar a cualquier ángulo de ataque en relación con la unión de la junta por medio de diferentes varillas de empuje y tracción (16) durante el proceso de soldadura.
