Abstract
Un dispositivo de almacenamiento de energía resistente al fuego incluye un chasis resistente al fuego, uno o más elementos de almacenamiento de energía alojados en el chasis resistente al fuego, y un intercambiador de calor configurado para (a) enfriar uno o más elementos de almacenamiento de energía y (b) proteger uno o más elementos de almacenamiento de energía de un fuego externo al dispositivo de almacenamiento de energía resistente al fuego. Un montaje de almacenamiento de energía incluye (a) diversos dispositivos de almacenamiento de energía resistentes al fuego físicamente separados, donde cada uno de los diversos dispositivos de almacenamiento de energía resistentes al fuego físicamente separados está configurado para proteger uno o más elementos de almacenamiento de energía del dispositivo de almacenamiento de energía resistente al fuego de un fuego externo al dispositivo de almacenamiento de energía resistente al fuego, y (b) al menos un conversor de energía configurado para intermediar eléctricamente entre los diversos dispositivos de almacenamiento de energía resistentes al fuego físicamente separados y un bus de energía eléctrica.
