Abstract
La invención se refiere a un dispositivo para el laminado de un sustrato (4) con un material de recubrimiento termoplástico (2), que comprende un dispositivo de calentamiento IR (3) para fundir una superficie del material de recubrimiento, que comprende un aparato de enfriamiento opuesto (1) el cual enfría activamente la superficie opuesta del material de enfriamiento (2), y que comprende al menos un conjunto de rodillo de presión (5), que en conjunto presionan la red del sustrato (4) y el material de recubrimiento (2) para producir un enlace adhesivo fusionado por calor. Con el fin de evitar cualquier regularidad en el producto terminado, la invención propone que el aparato de enfriamiento se diseña como un rodillo de enfriamiento impulsado de manera rotativa (1), sobre la circunferencia de la cual se disponen las siguientes en sucesión: - un aparato de alimentación (2a) para el material de recubrimiento termoplásticos (2), - uno o más calentadores de radiación IR (3) para el calentamiento de la superficie del material de recubrimiento termoplástico (2) recargado sobre el rodillo de enfriamiento (1), - un aparato de alimentación (4a) para la red de sustrato (4), - uno o más rodillos de presión (5) para presionar la red de sustrato (4) contra el material de recubrimiento (2), - y un aparato de remoción (6a) para el producto laminado (6).
