Abstract
Description
a)熱可塑性表面を有するフィルム状の第1の基材を提供すること;
b)接着剤が表面に塗布された第2の基材を提供すること;及び
c)圧力下で、第1の基材及び第2の基材を接合することを含み、
第1の基材の前記熱可塑性表面は、接合工程の間、軟化状態にあり、該軟化した表面の反対側の第1の基材の表面は、回転冷却ローラーを用いて冷却される方法に関する。
熱可塑性表面を有するフィルム状の第1の基材を提供するための供給装置;
接着剤が表面に塗布された第2の基材を提供するための供給装置;
回転自在に駆動可能な冷却ローラー;
冷却ローラーの反対側に配置され、第1の基材の表面を加熱するための少なくとも1つの加熱要素、及び
第1の基材及び第2の基材を接合するための手段
を有する。
本発明は、本発明の概念に限定されると見なされるべきではない以下の実施例を参照して詳細に説明される。
Claims (15)
- 基材を接着結合するための方法であって、
a)熱可塑性表面を有するフィルム状の第1の基材(3)を提供すること、
b)接着剤が表面に塗布された第2の基材(4)を提供すること、
c)圧力下で、第1の基材及び第2の基材を接合することを含み、
第1の基材(3)の前記熱可塑性表面は、接合工程の間、軟化状態にあり、該軟化した表面の反対側の第1の基材(3)の表面は、回転冷却ローラー(1)を用いて冷却されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 第1の基材(3)の前記熱可塑性表面は、加熱によって軟化状態に変換され、該加熱は、冷却ローラー(1)の反対側に配置された少なくとも1つの加熱要素(2)によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの加熱要素(2)は、赤外線(IR)加熱要素である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 第2の基材(4)上の接着剤の層重量は、2g/m2未満、好ましくは1g/m2未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第2の基材(4)に塗布された接着剤は、溶媒含有形態、水性形態又は無溶媒形態の熱可塑性接着剤又は架橋接着剤から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第1の基材(3)は、ポリオレフィン、ポリ塩化ビニル、エチレンコポリマー、ポリエステル、ポリアミド及び/又はポリエーテルからなるか、又はそれらを含む基材であることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第2の基材(4)は、好ましくは、熱硬化性プラスチック及び熱可塑性プラスチック、有機ポリマー並びに金属及び金属合金からなる群から選択されるフィルム状の基材であることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の方法を実施するための装置であって、
該装置は、以下:
熱可塑性表面を有するフィルム状の第1の基材(3)を提供するための供給装置、
接着剤が表面に塗布された第2の基材(4)を提供するための供給装置、
回転自在に駆動可能な冷却ローラー(1)、
冷却ローラー(1)の反対側に配置され、第1の基材(3)の熱可塑性表面を加熱するための少なくとも1つの加熱要素(2)、及び
第1の基材(3)及び第2の基材(4)を接合するための手段(6)
を含む、装置。 - 少なくとも1つの加熱要素(2)と冷却ローラー(1)との間の距離は、可変であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 冷却ローラー(1)は、第1の基材(3)及び第2の基材(4)を接合するための手段(6)の一部を形成し、該手段(6)は、冷却ローラー上にある第1の基材に対して、第2の基材をプレスするための1以上のローラーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項8又は9に記載の装置。
- 第1の基材及び第2の基材を接合するための手段(6)は、冷却ローラー(1)とは独立して形成され、該手段は、第1の基材及び第2の基材を接合するための1以上のローラー(6a、6b)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8~10のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 第1の基材及び第2の基材を接合するための手段(6)は、プロセス方向で冷却ローラー(1)の後ろに配置され、該手段は、好ましくは冷却ローラー(1)から離れて配置されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 冷却ローラー(1)の回転速度は、ウェブ速度と比較してより高い又はより低いことを特徴とする、請求項11又は12に記載の装置。
- 冷却ローラー(1)は、冷却剤を受け入れるための手段を有し、該冷却剤は、好ましくは水であることを特徴とする、請求項8~13のいずれかに記載の装置。
