Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para decodificar una señal de video con base en transformaciones múltiples adaptativas (AMT), el método comprende los pasos de: obtener un índice de AMT a partir de la señal de video, en donde el índice de AMT indica cualquiera de una pluralidad de combinaciones de transformación en un grupo de configuraciones de transformación, y el grupo de configuraciones de transformación incluye una transformación de seno discreta tipo 7 (DST7) y una transformación de coseno discreta tipo 8 (DCT8); derivar una combinación de transformaciones correspondiente al índice de AMT, en donde la combinación de transformaciones consiste en una transformación horizontal y una transformación vertical, e incluye al menos una de las DST-7 o DCT-8; llevar a cabo una transformación inversa en un bloque actual sobre la base de la combinación de transformaciones; y restaurar la señal de video usando el bloque actual inversamente transformado, en donde la AMT representa un esquema de transformación, que se lleva a cabo sobre la base de una combinación de transformaciones seleccionada adaptativamente de una pluralidad de combinaciones de transformación.
