Abstract
Un método y aparato de decodificación de video de acuerdo con la presente divulgación puede obtener un coeficiente de transformación de un bloque actual, realizar la cuantificación inversa sobre el coeficiente de transformación con base en un parámetro relacionado con la cuantificación de un conjunto de parámetros adaptativos para obtener un coeficiente de transformación cuantificado inversamente, y restaurar un bloque residual del bloque actual con base en el coeficiente de transformación cuantificado inversamente.
