Abstract
Con el fin de reducir las oscilaciones en las variables de proceso de un proceso de moldeo por inyección, se usa un controlador proporcional-integral-variable (PID) de ganancia variable para controlar una o más de las variables de proceso. El sistema de moldeo por inyección también puede incluir un controlador de sintonización para sintonizar automáticamente al menos una de las ganancias proporcional, integral o derivada dentro de un ciclo de molde. El controlador de sintonización puede obtener datos de sensor que monitoreen la operación de la máquina de moldeo por inyección para determinar un ajuste de al menos una de las ganancias proporcional, integral o derivada.
