Abstract
Una válvula de rechazo de un dispositivo de ósmosis inversa, que es especialmente adecuada para dispositivos de ósmosis inversa de agua salobre, que requieren una presión baja del sistema inferior a 15 bar. La válvula mantiene la presión del sistema sustancialmente constante en un rango predefinido del volumen de rechazo. El tamaño del canal de entrada (13) se ajusta mediante un cono accionado por resorte (4), que nunca cierra por completo el canal (13), que forma un acelerador constante hasta que la presión de la entrada ha aumentado aproximadamente a las tres cuartas partes de la de presión dispuesta por el resorte (6) y que prevalece en el volumen máximo del flujo de rechazo. Esta operación está dispuesta estructuralmente de modo que sobre el eje (7) del cono (4) se sostenga de manera fija una placa transversal (5) que colinda con la pared interna del cuerpo (1), que es presionada por el resorte de compresión (6) sostenido por el extremo de un elemento (13) conectado al extremo del cuerpo (1), en donde el cono se encuentra en su posición más baja. La placa (5) tiene un canal (2) que permite el flujo. La presión del flujo se dirige en todas las situaciones a casi toda la superficie de la aguja de cono (4,5,7), y el cono (4), a medida que se mueve, ajusta el canal de flujo dinámicamente de modo que la presión en el módulo de ósmosis inversa permanece sustancialmente constante.
