Abstract
Modalidades de la presente solicitud proporcionan un método y dispositivo para transmitir datos, que son capaces de lograr transmisión de datos a tiempo. El método incluye: iniciar, mediante un extremo receptor, un temporizador de un primer modo de entrega cuando se determina que datos entregados y datos que se van a entregar no son continuos, en donde el primer modo de entrega está configurado para indicar que el extremo receptor entrega directamente datos a una capa superior después de la recepción de los datos; y entregar, al extremo receptor, los datos que se van a entregar al nivel alto que usa el primer modo de entrega en un caso en donde el temporizador del primer modo de entrega no expira.
