Abstract

本申请实施例提供了一种传输数据的方法和设备,能够实现数据的及时递交,该方法包括:接收端在确定已递交数据与待递交数据不连续的情况下,开启第一递交模式的定时器,其中,所述第一递交模式用于指示所述接收端在接收到数据时,直接将数据递交至高层;在所述第一递交模式的定时器未失效的情况下,所述接收端采用所述第一递交模式向高层递交所述待递交数据。
