Abstract
Un sistema (1; 101) y un método para la purificación de aceite, comprendiendo el sistema: - por lo menos un tanque de alimentación (3) que comprende aceite a purificar; - un dispositivo de dosificación de ayuda de separación (13); - por lo menos un tanque de sedimentación básica (21a, 21b) que comprende por lo menos una entrada (23a, 23b) conectada al tanque de alimentación (3) y al dispositivo de dosificación de ayuda de separación (13) para recibir el aceite a purificar y ayuda de separación, el tanque de sedimentación básica (21a, 21b) (por lo menos uno) comprende además por lo menos una salida de fase de sedimento (41a, 41b) provista de una parte inferior (37a, 37b) del tanque de sedimentación básica y por lo menos una salida de fase de aceite (39a) 39b); - por lo menos un tanque de sedimentación avanzada (121) que comprende por lo menos una entrada de fase de sedimento (122) conectada a por lo menos una salida de fase de sedimento (41a, 41b) de por lo menos un tanque de sedimentación básica (21a, 22b), el tanque de sedimentación avanzada (121) que comprende además por lo menos una salida de fase de sedimento (141; 141a, 141b) conectada a un tanque de sedimento (143) y por lo menos una salida de fase de aceite (139a, 139b; 139), en donde el tanque de sedimentación avanzada (121) comprende además por lo menos un sensor (55; 55ª, 55b, 55c) para detectar la presencia de una fase de aceite o una fase de sedimento.
