Abstract

Se describen un metodo y un kit para la clarificación de cultivo de celulas, asi como un sistema o aparato para clarificar un cultivo de celulas y purificar biomoleculas de interés; el cultivo de celulas comprende por lo menos una biomolecula de interes; el metodo comprende anadir uno o más compuestos al cultivo de celulas que permite la formacion de floculos de solutos y/o materia de partículas en dicha cosecha de cultivo de celulas, anadir una cantidad de tierra de infusorios (DE) a dicha cosecha de cultivo de celulas, agitar la solucion obtenida, y transferir dicha solucion a un recipiente de filtración que comprende un filtro de soporte que tiene una superficie, por lo cual la tierra de infusorios en dicha disolución forma una capa sobre dicha superficie y filtra dicha solucion de cosecha a través de dicha capa y filtro de soporte.
