Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para preparar un producto elastomérico de poliuretano de termoplástico espumado, que comprende las etapas de: 1) recubrir aglutinante: recubrir el aglutinante sobre las superficies de partículas elastoméricas de poliuretano termoplástico expandible; 2) curación y moldeado: agregar el producto obtenido de la etapa 1) a un molde y después colocarlo en una máquina de vulcanización para curación y moldeado; y 3) enfriamiento y sedimentación; enfriar el molde después del moldeado en la etapa 2) para obtener el producto de la presente invención. Por medio de pre-recubrimiento del aglutinante sobre las superficies de partículas elastoméricas de poliuretano termoplástico expandidas de conformidad con la presente invención, el peso del aglutinante puede ser reducido, y las propiedades de las partículas elastoméricas de poliuretano termoplástico expandidas pueden ser utilizadas a la máxima extensión.
