Abstract
Las modalidades de un sistema y un método para determinar un valor de dureza de los bordes para una placa cementosa (25) se pueden usar para determinar de manera eficaz la dureza de la placa después de su fabricación y secado en una ubicación predeterminada, tal como en una estación de apilamiento, por ejemplo. Un conjunto de actuador (122) puede manipular un punzón (120) de manera tal que el punzón se inserte en uno de los bordes (34, 35) de una de las placas cementosas en la apiladora de manera controlada. Un medidor de fuerza (124) se puede asociar con el punzón para medir la fuerza de resistencia ejercida por la placa cementosa en respuesta a la inserción del punzón en su borde. La fuerza de resistencia medida se puede usar para determinar el valor de dureza de los bordes.
