Abstract

Se describen métodos para determinar la actividad de unión a MHC de clase II de una preparación que comprende la proteína del gen 3 de activación de linfocitos (LAG-3), o un fragmento, derivado o análogo de la misma. Los métodos comprenden determinar la unión de la proteína LAG-3, fragmento, derivado o análogo a las moléculas del MHC de clase II mediante el uso de interferometría de biocapa (BLI). Tales métodos pueden usarse como un ensayo de control de calidad en la producción de grado de buenas prácticas de fabricación (GMP) de tales compuestos. También se describen sondas y kits para llevar a cabo tales métodos.
